  • Minors: 7 years after the client turns 18 (i.e., until age 25).

6.2 Coaching, workshop, and group program records are retained for up to 5 years.

6.3 Marketing and email subscription data are retained until you unsubscribe.

6.4 Certain data may be retained longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations or defend against legal claims.
